Josef (Peter) Ofner began his career over 20 years ago in the baking industry working with a European Bulk Flour Systems manufacturer both installing and managing systems installation world wide. Peter has managed numerous Bakery expansions and relocation's, which includes MEP's Layout, Equipment Layout, Installations and Start up operations. Peter has worked the last 14 years in the Tortilla Industry focused on the Plant Engineering and Equipment Layouts to maximize the output efficiency and streamlining of the process flow.
